At Baltic Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Baltic Shop account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original Baltic Shop packaging, ensuring that all fragile home goods are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
